ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Oral and poster abstract submissions will be collected through the online submission system.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• In order for abstracts to be published in the digital abstract book, at least one author must be registered for the congress.
• Abstracts must include the following sections: aim, materials and methods, results, conclusion, and references.
• Academic titles should not be used, and abstracts must not exceed 500 words.
• Figures and tables may be uploaded through the online abstract submission system.
• All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the online submission system.
• Submissions sent by e-mail or through other means will not be accepted.
• All required fields on the abstract submission page must be completed in full.
• Submitted abstracts may be edited until the final submission deadline; however, no changes can be made once the abstract has been formally submitted.
• All abstracts will be reviewed and scored by double-blind peer reviewers. Following completion of the review process, authors will be notified of the acceptance status of their submissions.
• If acceptance letters are issued after the discounted registration and accommodation deadline, authors will still be eligible to benefit from discounted rates.
• Since abstracts submitted via the online system will be published directly in the digital abstract book, authors are responsible for ensuring accuracy and avoiding typographical or grammatical errors.
• If the abstract to be presented as an oral presentation is based on an original research study, ethical committee approval is required. Authors submitting an oral presentation under a single name must obtain a written consent (waiver) from other contributors listed in the ethics committee approval, if applicable.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

• The poster must include the author’s full name, institutional affiliation, and the title of the presentation at the beginning.
• Posters must be prepared in Turkish.
• Posters should be printed by the authors in 50 × 70 cm dimensions.
• Posters must be placedby the presenting author in the designated poster area at the congress venue on April 29, 2026, between 14:00 and 18:00.
• Posters that are not collected by their authors after the congress will be disposed of by the Organization Secretariat.
