CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

• The registration fee includes the conference materials, access to exhibition and meeting areas, coffee breaks, and lunch.
• A 20% VAT will be added to the above fees.
• Association members receive a 10% discount on the fees above.

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancellation is requested before February 6, 2025, the paid registration fee will be refunded after deducting a 10% bank processing fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations after February 6, 2025.
• After February 6, 2025, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.

PACKAGE REGISTRATION FEES

• Includes: congress participation + full-day pre-conference course + two half-day courses during the congress.
• 20% VAT will be added.
• Association members receive a 10% discount.

COURSE REGISTRATION FEES

• To register for courses, participants must also be registered for the conference.
  Full-day course includes lunch and two coffee breaks; half-day course includes one coffee break.
• 20% VAT will be added.
• Association members receive a 10% discount.
